Try Out Spring '08

Spring Try outs for the Women's Soccer Club at UCF are as follows.

Mon Jan 14th 4p-6p
Tues Jan 15th 4p-6p
Thur Jan 17th 4p-6p

All located at the intramural grass fields, right next to the Barbra Ying center. Please refer to a campus map before asking me where these fields are. They are clearly marked on the map. http://campusmap.ucf.edu/flash/index.php, just search for Barbara Ying or Intramural Fields.

You are required to attend at least one try out to be considered for the team. If you have an extreme circumstance and cannot attend I will decide on a case by case basis of what we can do.

Cleats and shin guards are required at try outs.

Please also check the event calendar, http://calendar.yahoo.com/ucfwomenssoccerclub, it is updated through the end of the semester. You should be available for the majority of all events, especially games. You must attend at least one practice a week to play on the team. Practices are Mon and Thur 4p-6p at the IM grass fields and certain Sundays in the afternoon.

Weekly games are every Tuesday at 8pm, and your schedule should be clear from 6p-10p on Tuesday in order to have enough time to play.

In the event you make the team, you will be required to end any participation with IM soccer teams. There is no exception to this rule.

Please consider these things before trying out, this team is COMPETITIVE, so a time commitment of at least 8 hours a week is expected.
