Relay for Life

The Women's Club Soccer Team at UCF will be participating in this years American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the UCF Track March 30-31.

Relay for Life is an 18 hour marathon to raise awareness and money for cancer research. Members will walk around the track all night and participate in several events to support the cause. We hope you will join us in our fight to find a cure! Thank you.

Knights vs. Figuero Law

The Knights defeated Figuero Law 10-0 last Tuesday with goals from Tanya Belt, Vikki Richardson, Kimmy Westmoreland, Lindsey Topetcher, Whitney Hudson, and Shanna DiNobile. They are now seated first in the rankings. Next Tuesday against Whiskers 8pm.

Knights vs. Roofing

Tuesday night the Women's Soccer Club played number one seated Collis Roofing. The Knights went down early in the first 0-1, and then went down again early in the second half to 0-2. The field was wet and plagued by large puddles, which may have slowed the Knights down for the majority of the game, but in the last 10 minutes they were able to score 2 goals, a jab from Vikki Richardson and a side netting air ball from Tanya Belt, for an end result of a 2-2 tie.

The Knights now have a 1-0-1, record which places them third in the overall standings. Next game is Tuesday at 8pm at Central Florida Winds Soccer Complex against Figuero Law.

Knights vs. Surf

The Knights took home a win on Tuesday during their first CFSL game for the Spring against last seasons number one team, Surf.

Kim Foster scored the lone goal in the first half just edging it over the goal line where the Surf's keeper got caught in the back of the net. The Knights had a rough estimate of about 20 shots on goals for the match, but the Surf keeper was an MVP, keeping the second half goal-less. A win is a win and after the first week of play we are ranked second.
