Knights vs. Surf

Unfortunately, the Golden Knights lost their first CFSL match against the Surf, Tuesday, Sept. 12th, despite being ahead 3-2 at the half.

The Surf tied it up mid way through the 2nd half, and then later were awarded a questionable PK, after last defender Dana Barnhisel challenged for the ball. Dana was given a red card due to some "last man back" rule. She played awesome however, and was given the team MVP of the match award. Final score, Knights 4, Surf 5.

Thanks to all the fans who showed up for the first game, we really appreciate it and hope to see you all there again.

Next game, Tuesday, 8pm same fields against Whiskers. The Knights will be looking for redemption.
